These terms apply when you use Vireloo (vireloo.com), operated by Beiworks. By using Vireloo, you agree to them.
The service
Vireloo restores and colorizes old photos and creates new images and short videos from your descriptions and photos, using AI. Results are generated: they can differ from one run to the next, and a restoration may not match the original in every detail.
Free previews
Free previews are watermarked, can't be downloaded and are limited in number per day.
Plans and billing
Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance on the day you subscribe and every month after that, until you cancel. Each plan includes a number of credits per billing month. Each restoration or new image, including running the same one again, uses one credit. A video uses several credits, shown before you create it. Unused credits don't carry over to the next month. While your plan is active, you can also buy extra credits as a one-time purchase. They're added to your current billing month and, like the plan's credits, end with it, or when you move to a bigger plan. The price is shown before you pay.
Changing plan
Moving to a bigger plan charges the new plan's full price straight away and starts a new billing month that day, with the new plan's credits. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of subscribing by writing to support@vireloo.com. Your plan starts immediately, at your request. If you withdraw after using credits, we refund the price minus the share of the service already provided.
Your photos and creations
Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Don't upload or ask for anything illegal, sexual, violent or hateful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or realistic images that put real people in situations they didn't agree to. We may refuse a photo or a description. You keep all rights to your photos and to the results: we claim none.
Fair use
Don't access Vireloo with automated tools, get around its limits, or resell restorations, images or videos as a service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Vireloo available and accurate, but provide it as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell you by email about changes that affect your plan, and continuing to use Vireloo after that means you accept them.
