Your photos and descriptions

We process the photos and descriptions you send only to restore your photos or create the images you ask for. We don't keep them: neither what you upload nor the result is stored, and the result exists only in your browser until you download it. Videos are the exception: so you can download them, they're kept for up to two days, then deleted. Your photos and descriptions aren't used to train AI models.

Your account

When you subscribe, we create an account with your email address. With it we keep your plan, how many photos you have left and when they renew, your language and currency, and when you last used Vireloo.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number. We keep a record of each payment (plan, amount, currency, date) for accounting and tax purposes.

Emails

We send emails about your account and payments only: sign-in links, receipts and refund confirmations.

Technical data

Like any website, we process technical data such as your IP address to run Vireloo and keep it secure.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep you signed in, remember your language, keep Vireloo secure and help prevent payment fraud.

Measurement and advertising cookies tell us how people find and use Vireloo and whether our ads work.

Who processes your data

We work with service providers for hosting, payments, email, photo processing and advertising measurement. They process data only on our behalf. Some are outside the European Union; those transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Why we may use your data

To provide the service you signed up for, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping Vireloo secure, because the law requires us to keep payment records, and, where the law requires it, because you agreed to it (measurement and advertising cookies).

How long we keep it

Account data, for as long as your account exists, and deleted when you ask us to delete it. Payment records, for as long as tax law requires. Photos, not at all.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or to send it to you in a portable format, and you can object to its use or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to support@vireloo.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children

Vireloo isn't intended for children under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
